At NEXORRAH LTD, we understand that sometimes plans change and we’ll do our best to help you cancel your order quickly and easily.
This policy explains how order cancellations work, your rights, and how we process refunds.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
You can request to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible but you may still be eligible for a return or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Because we process orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

4. Confirmation of Cancellation
We’ll confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 12 business hours (during working days).
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation email with refund details.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday–Friday) after cancellation is confirmed.
Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund in your account.
6. Non-Cancellable Items
Some items cannot be cancelled once ordered, including:
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
Items clearly marked as “non-cancellable” or “final sale” on the product page.
If any of these items arrive faulty or damaged, they remain eligible for a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Effects of Cancellation
Once an order is successfully cancelled:
The purchase contract between you and NEXORRAH LTD will be terminated.
You won’t be charged if your order hasn’t been dispatched.
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed promptly.
8. Communication & Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure you provide accurate contact details when placing your order.
If we need to reach you regarding a cancellation and receive no response, processing your request may be delayed.
9. Partial Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel part of your order, this is only possible if those specific items have not yet been dispatched.
When contacting us, please clearly mention which items you wish to cancel.
