Many of our products are made with hypoallergenic materials.

5. What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nexorrah.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly at no extra cost to you.

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom, with free standard shipping on every order.

 

7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch.

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Once the order has been dispatched, address changes can no longer be made.

 

9. What payment methods do you accept?

Once an order has been placed, modifications or additions are not guaranteed.
However, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist.

11. Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchases?
Currently, we focus on retail sales, but for bulk inquiries, please contact us directly at support@nexorrah.com.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

12. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 business days (Mon–Fri) of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days (Mon–Fri) after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

13. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

14. How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
You can also log into your NEXORRAH account on our website to check your order status anytime.

 

15. What should I do if my parcel is damaged on arrival?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 business days (Mon–Fri) with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with USA consumer protection law.

 

16. How do you handle out-of-stock items?
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
